| Description | FS25 LiveMap
FS25 LiveMap exports live map data from the currently loaded savegame and saves it locally in the modSettings folder.
Together with the separate FS25 LiveMap Companion App, this data can be displayed as a live map in the browser on a PC, tablet or smartphone. This allows you to hide the small in-game HUD map and use a larger external map view on a second monitor or mobile device instead.
Important:
This mod only exports the required map data. To display the live map in a browser, the separate FS25 LiveMap Companion App is required.
The Companion App is not part of the mod and does not belong in the mods folder. It must be downloaded and started separately.

Multiplayer:
The exported files are not stored in the savegame, but locally in each client's modSettings folder. This makes FS25 LiveMap multiplayer compatible. Even when playing on a dedicated server, the required data is generated locally on your own computer and can be used from there by the Companion App.
Notes:
Before loading the savegame, FS25_LiveMap must be activated in the mod selection screen.
The FS25 LiveMap Companion App is intended exclusively for use within a private local network or Wi-Fi. The displayed network addresses are only intended for access within your own network, for example on a PC, tablet or smartphone. |
